It takes an experienced and skilled spotter to know what spots can be safely removed and how best to do it. The key word is “safely”! What’s the point of removing a spot if the color is removed too, or the chemical causes a hole and ruins the garment?
All our dry cleaning services and finishings are expertly done with special attention to different types of garments.
Our Process:
Making the grade & passing inspection.
All garments are inspected with precision before leaving the assembly area. If a garment doesn’t pass inspection, it’s returned to the appropriate station until our full-time quality control inspector is completely satisfied that you’ll be pleased.
Sleeves are stuffed so that they stay full and won’t get wrinkled while hanging. Collars are supported with either tissue or collar bands so that they won’t get crushed.

Jackets and blazers are hung on heavy hangers with a shoulder guard. A plastic guard is used in front when necessary to hold the lapel in place. Most items are bagged separately. Pants, skirts, t-shirts are put two or three to a bag. Two piece outfits are bagged together in the same bag. Belts are pinned onto the same hanger with the matching garment.
Two piece outfits, such as a suit, are bagged together in the same bag. Ties are put on tie boards. Silky, slinky and/or delicate sweaters are hung over a strut hanger with tissue to avoid stretching, puckering and wrinkles.
Regular sweaters are carefully folded with tissue inside and placed in a plastic bag. We accommodate any special requests you may have, such as extra tissue in the sleeves, hanging pants by the waist, etc. Just ask us… Were here to do it your way!
